1st clue.... beautiful in French is belle, not bella
bella only appears in Italian or Spanish

because Italian will use Sempre
they are similar because both languages use Latin root words
que la is also Spanish, because Italian will use qui la
and flower is Flor for Spanish
dat's why many Filipinos have inside their name Flor
because they were conquered by Spanish before
Italian word for flower is fiore.
In French, it would like something like this
